Shipping & delivery

How goods move from our Dubai warehouse to your vessel, workshop or forwarder.

01UAE delivery: Own transport within the UAE, including alongside delivery at Jebel Ali, Port Rashid, Hamriyah, Fujairah Anchorage. Same-day dispatch for in-stock items ordered before the daily cut-off.
02GCC delivery: Courier or road freight. Customs clearance, duties and any destination charges are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise on the quotation.
03International: Courier or air freight via Aramex or DHL, or on the buyer's nominated forwarder. Export documentation including HS code and country of origin is provided with the consignment.
04Delivery to vessel: Alongside delivery requires the vessel name, berth or anchorage, agent details and a contact on board. Port access lead times apply and are outside our control.
05Freight charges: Weight-based for standard consignments. Oversized or heavy items are quoted as a freight-on-request line so you see the actual cost rather than an averaged estimate.
06Inspection on receipt: Please examine goods on receipt and record any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork before signing.
